Scope of Services
We offer a range of customized cleaning solutions, including but not limited to deep cleaning, routine maintenance, move in / out cleaning, and office cleaning. We also offer a wide range of specialized services that include but are not limited to home and office organization services, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, pre- and post-even event cleaning, post-construction cleaning, holiday décor setup, and yard and garden care services. However, we do not handle hazardous materials, biohazard cleanup, or structural repairs. Any requests for additional services should be discussed in advance to ensure proper accommodation.
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms including Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App.
Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Returned checks will incur a $15.00 fee.
All transactions must be completed in USD, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Due Dates & Late Fees
Payment is due on or before the completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
If payment is not received within seven (7) days of service completion, a $25 late fee will be applied.
Accounts overdue by thirty (30) days may be subject to additional collection efforts or service suspension.
Deposits & Advance Payments
Certain services may require a 25% deposit upfront to secure scheduling. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation policies apply.
Large-scale or recurring services may require advance payment terms based on agreement.
Refunds & Disputes
Payments are non-refundable once services have been completed.
If you have concerns regarding service quality, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion for resolution.
Chargebacks and disputes should be communicated before filing claims to prevent unnecessary fees or delays.
Service Completion & Payment Obligation
Payment remains due even if the client is unavailable during service completion.
All services will be considered successfully rendered unless issues are reported within twenty-four (24) hours post-service.
Chargebacks & Reversals
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees or service termination.
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating disputes to avoid unnecessary complications and to ensure timely resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of $50.00 or 20% of the service cost whichever is greater.
Liability & Damage Disclaimer
While we take great care in delivering exceptional cleaning services, Custom Cleaning Solution LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or accidental breakage of fragile items unless explicitly caused by negligence on our part. Clients are encouraged to secure valuables before service to minimize any concerns.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry to the property at the scheduled service time.
Any special or additional cleaning requests should be communicated prior to service to ensure proper accommodation.
Pets should be secured during the cleaning session to maintain a safe working environment.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and do not share or sell client information. All data collected, including service details and contact information, is used solely for operational purposes.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns or disputes regarding service quality, please contact us via email at: info@customcleaningsolution.us. We strive to resolve issues fairly and professionally. In cases where a resolution cannot be reached, applicable state laws will govern further proceedings.
Amendments & Updates
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business policies. Clients will be notified promptly of any significant updates via our website or direct communication.
Custom Cleaning Solution LLC reserves the right to modify payment terms when necessary.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the company’s discretion.
